How to Earn ELEGOO Points

The rewards you can enjoy through the Membership Program depend on the number of ELEGOO Points you accumulate. To earn points, make sure you’re logged into your ELEGOO Store account. Here’s how you can start collecting points through the official ELEGOO website:
  • Create an account: 100 points
  • Add your birthday: Earn 100 points on your birthday
  • Subscribe to email and SMS notifications: 200 points
  • Follow ELEGOO on social media: 20 points each for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Reddit,  Youtube and Discord
  • Place an order on the ELEGOO Store: 1 point per A$1 spent (excluding taxes and shipping)
  • Refer a friend: Your friend gets A$5 off their first order on any product, and you earn 200 points.
Note: Only purchases made on au.elegoo.com count toward membership tier upgrades and exclusive benefits.

How to Redeem ELEGOO Points

You can use your ELEGOO Points to get discounts on products or claim exciting rewards. Points can be redeemed in fixed increments set by the system, and all redemptions are subject to product availability.

ELEGOO Points can be exchanged for rewards such as discount coupons. Some rewards may be exclusive to certain membership tiers or available only during specific promotional periods. Redemption rules may be updated to align with ongoing promotions and new product releases.

ELEGOO Points are deducted at the time of redemption. Rewards are available while supplies last and may be subject to limited time periods. Some rewards may require you to agree to additional terms and conditions. All rewards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Please review the specific rules for each reward carefully before confirming your redemption.

Discount Coupons

After redeeming your points, you’ll receive a one-time use discount code for the ELEGOO Store. Simply apply the code at checkout to enjoy your savings.
  • Only one discount code can be used per order.
  • Certain coupons may not be valid on specific products.
  • Some coupons require a minimum purchase amount or quantity to be used.
  • Coupons are often valid for a limited time and must be used before they expire.
  • If you return an item, any rewards discount from your order will be shared equally among the eligible products, and your refund will be adjusted based on the discount assigned to the returned item.

ELEGOO Points Expiration and Time Limits

We encourage you to redeem your points regularly to maximize your membership benefits. Rewards are available while supplies last and are subject to change, substitution, or discontinuation at ELEGOO’s discretion, with or without notice. Delivery methods and timing are determined solely by ELEGOO.

Standard ELEGOO Points expire 365 days after being credited to your account, or immediately if your membership is revoked or canceled. Certain points may expire sooner at ELEGOO’s discretion.

Promotions

ELEGOO may occasionally offer bonus points promotions, both online and offline. Bonus points may be awarded for purchasing specific products or participating in certain activities. These promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of each offer and are at ELEGOO’s sole discretion.

Transferability and Redemption Cancellation

ELEGOO Points are not transferable and cannot be assigned, exchanged, traded, bought, gifted, or sold unless expressly permitted by ELEGOO. Any points acquired in violation of these terms are void. Once points are redeemed, the reward (discount or product) is issued, and the redemption cannot be canceled or reversed.

Returns and Order Cancellation

If you earn points from a purchase that is later returned, canceled, refunded, or declined, the corresponding points (including any bonus points) will be deducted from your account.

Points cannot be reinstated for returned orders. Discount coupons or rewards from one order cannot be reused or transferred to another order.

Exclusions

ELEGOO Points are not awarded for shipping charges or taxes (including GST). Points are earned only on the actual purchase price after discounts or credits. For example, if a product is discounted from A$50 to A$25, you’ll only earn points on the A$25 paid. Gift card purchases, coupon redemptions, price adjustments, and returns do not qualify for points.

Points are not awarded for:
  • Purchases made prior to January 1, 2026.
  • Purchases made without logging into your member account
  • Wholesale purchases or resale of used products

Additional Terms

  • ELEGOO Points are not legal tender and have no cash value.
  • Points can only be redeemed for rewards within the ELEGOO Membership Program.
  • Only one account per person is allowed.
  • Reward codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
  • Points from different accounts cannot be combined.
  • Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in that same transaction.
  • Redeemed points cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Points are valid only within the online ELEGOO Store and for members in good standing.
  • Rewards cannot be shipped if your membership is terminated.
  • All redemptions must be completed within the active membership period.
  • Membership benefits are subject to change at any time.
